Do you offer handyman services on a call-out charge?
No — we don’t operate on a traditional call-out fee model. We provide handyman services exclusively through our membership plans: no surprise call-out charges, no paperwork for every small job, and no one-off booking fees. For larger jobs, we’re happy to refer you.
What is a handyman membership plan?
A handyman subscription plan gives you ongoing access to professional home maintenance and repair services for a fixed annual fee.
Instead of paying a separate call out charge every time something breaks, you simply request a visit through your plan.
This is ideal for:
- Small home repairs
- Ongoing maintenance jobs
- Odd jobs and minor fixes
- Regular property upkeep
Essential Care (£38/month) gives 2 call-outs annually with upto 7 hours of labour per year on weekdays.
Homecare (£56/month) gives 3 call-outs annually with upto 10 hours of labour with 7-day service.
Homecare+ (£84/month) gives 4 call-outs annually with upto 14 hours of labour. Weekend service and priority scheduling.
Landlord+ (£120/month) gives 5 call-outs annually with upto 20 hours of labour including emergency attendance.

If I cancel my plan, do I get a refund?
If you cancel within the first 30 days and have not received any call outs or services, you are entitled to a full refund.
However, if you cancel after 30 days or receiving services, the full annual plan cost will be debited from your card.
Our subscription model is designed to provide ongoing value and priority access, so once services have been used, the annual plan becomes payable in full.
What if I need more than my membership covers?
If you’ve used all the call outs included in your current handyman subscription plan and need additional work, you’ll simply need to upgrade to the next plan.
Our subscription model is designed to keep things simple and transparent. Rather than charging unpredictable hourly rates or surprise call-out fees, we offer tiered plans to suit different levels of home maintenance needs.
Are materials and parts included?
Our handyman subscription plans include sundries and small consumables only, up to your plan’s allowance (typically £30–£50, depending on your plan).
This covers everyday items such as:
- Washers, screws and fixings
- Sealants and oils
- Fuses (3A,5A,13A)
- Small connectors and basic consumables
We do not supply major installation items such as:
- Taps
- Sinks
- Toilets
- Light fittings or bulbs
- Appliances
- Large plumbing or electrical components
If additional materials are required beyond your plan’s included consumables allowance, these will be invoiced separately.
Our goal is to keep your handyman service predictable and transparent, while ensuring you only pay for materials when necessary.
