Planning Drawings and Building Regulations charges are detailed below and are inclusive of VAT. Building Regulations are required only when your Planning Permission has been approved.

Properties that are located within a Site of Special Scientific Interest, Conservation Area, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or a World Heritage Site require a Design and Access Statement to support their application.
