Our On-line Domestic Prices

Here at HandyPlan.co.uk we like to keep our prices simple, this is the reason for our transparent fixed fee structure.

All Planning Drawings = £349*
(Stage 1 payment of £100.00 paid upfront, Stage 2 payment of £249.00 paid once drawings are complete)

We will submit your plans to your local authority at no extra cost but please note our prices do not include fees associated with a planning application. Planning Fees in England, Scotland and Wales are normally £150. In Northern Ireland Planning Fees are £267. All Planning applications require an Ace Map these are charged at £40.

England, Scotland & Wales Planning Fees + Plans Total = £528
Northern Ireland Planning Fees + Plans Total = £645

All Building Control Drawings with Specifications = £349*
(Required once Planning Permission has been Granted)

We will submit your plans to your local building control department at no extra cost but please note our prices do not include fees associated with required professionals or local authorities i.e. Structural Engineers, your Building Control Plan Fees (Worked out on each individual Design) or site inspections.
If you do not have planning drawings created already, Construction Drawings for Building Control Approval are priced at £499

All 3D Animations of your finished project are priced at = £99
For a 3D Animation please add £99 to the service that you require. Please note 3D animations are based on your conceptual plans and can only be created once, no revisions are included due to the amount of time it takes to create the animation.
